Signal Modeling

Within the transfer tax - the tax that must be paid when buying a home - a rate differential of 2 or 8% and the right to a starter exemption were introduced last year. The claim to the correct rate is recorded with the notary, through whom all the necessary information ends up with the tax authorities. To then check whether the claims were properly requested, we built a signal model that detects whether the person made the claim correctly. An exciting and satisfying project that will have an immediate impact within the tax authorities.
